BIO Digest, a specialized digital magazine on biotechnology and healthcare published by AJU IB Investment, received the Grand Prize in the Online Content category at the '2025 Korea Communication Awards'. The ceremony was held on December 3 at the International Conference Hall of the Korea Press Center in Seoul.
 
Organized by the Korea Business Communicators Association (KBCA) and supported by organizations including the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the awards recognize outstanding achievements in media, public relations, and corporate communications.
 
Launched in May 2025, the magazine is a quarterly publication providing in-depth coverage of key developments and trends in the biotechnology and healthcare industries, drawing on AJU IB Investment's expertise in biotechnology investments. Three issues have been published to date, featuring diverse content such as portfolio company introductions from SOLASTA VENTURES, contributions from biotech CEOs, and insights from industry experts.

AJU Corporation Executive Receives Ministerial Commendation

Kwangseon Park, Executive of the Ready-Mixed Concrete Division at AJU Corporation, was honored with a commendation from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) at the 11th Middle Market Entrepreneur’s Day ceremony. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to the growth and competitiveness of Korea's mid-sized enterprises.
 
Park joined AJU Corporation in 1995 as a sales team member and has served in key leadership roles for over 30 years. He has played a pivotal role in advancing technological innovation and improving productivity. Notably, he introduced a slump prediction technology based on mixer load values, which not only enhanced the quality of ready-mixed concrete but also increased hourly production capacity. These improvements ensured on-time delivery and reinforced AJU Corporation's reputation as a trusted partner for multiple construction companies.
 
During periods of material supply shortages, Park helped maintain a stable concrete supply for public housing and national infrastructure projects. He also led the adoption of automated systems, including automatic vehicle washing and aggregate intake management, advancing the company’s ESG initiatives by minimizing environmental impact and fostering sustainable production practices.

AJU Continuum and RYSE Selected as Work-Life Balance Excellent Companies

AJU Continuum and RYSE were selected as exemplary companies at the 2025 Work-Life Balance Excellent Companies Awards on November 27, recognized for their strong performance in supporting work–childcare balance and flexible working arrangements.
 
The program, jointly hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, provides selected companies with incentives including preferential treatment in public procurement, exemptions from regular labor inspections, and advantages in immigration procedures and credit guarantees.
 
AJU Continuum was highly evaluated for its autonomous and flexible work culture supported by comprehensive employee benefits. The company introduced remote and flexible working arrangements early on and provides practical support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, including maternity kits, financial support for infertility treatments, postnatal care center subsidies, paid prenatal check-up leave for male employees, and paid leave for spouses in cases of miscarriage or stillbirth.

RYSE, Autograph Collection Unveils “Manhattan Records Seoul” Artist Suite

RYSE, Autograph Collection (RYSE) unveiled a new Artist Suite on September 27, 2025, created in collaboration with record shop Manhattan Records Seoul.

Located in Room 1505, the suite has been designed as an experiential space where guests can step into the world of an artist, embodying RYSE’s brand philosophy of celebrating self-expression. The room features professional DJ equipment and a curated LP collection from Manhattan Records Seoul, offering guests a unique opportunity to try their hand at DJing.

Manhattan Records, originally founded in Shibuya, Tokyo, in 1980, opened its first Korean store near Hongik University in February 2025. The shop has quickly drawn attention from local music enthusiasts with its extensive vinyl collection and DJ gear, specializing in black music and club music.

To celebrate the collaboration, RYSE and Manhattan Records Seoul have also released a range of limited-edition merchandise, including hoodies, T-shirts, hats, and eco bags in the brand’s signature blue.

A RYSE representative commented, “We have reimagined the Artist Suite with a distinctive listening and experiential concept unique to RYSE, and we hope guests will enjoy an immersive music experience through the LP collection curated by Manhattan Records Seoul.”

AJU Motors Opens Cadillac Suwon Showroom

AJU Motors officially opened the Cadillac Suwon Showroom on September 22, marking the first and only Cadillac showroom in the Gyeonggi region.

The new showroom represents a key milestone in AJU Motors’ expansion, reinforcing synergies with GM Korea’s Cadillac maintenance initiative. As the operator of Chevrolet’s maintenance business, AJU Motors now extends its expertise to the Cadillac brand through this collaboration.

Located in Maetan-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, the showroom spans 280 square meters and accommodates up to seven vehicles. The space embodies Cadillac’s modern luxury aesthetic, featuring private consulting rooms, a customer lounge, and ample parking for convenience.
Providing one-stop service from test drives to after-sales care, the showroom delivers a personalized Cadillac experience through test-drive availability across all models, tailored consultations, and trim-specific vehicle displays.

To celebrate the opening, AJU Motors hosted a customer appreciation event from September 26 to 27. Guests experienced Cadillac’s signature service through premium catering, test drives, consultations, and a special vehicle delivery ceremony.
